Description
Apple Cider Vinegar is made from traditionally locally grown apples and is raw and unfiltered. The cloudy colour of the vinegar is due to the vinegar not being filtered and therefore keeping the living element, namely “the mother” completely unharmed. The Mother is a cobweb-like colony of living strands of proteins, enzymes and friendly bacteria that grow naturally in the vinegar as it ferments.
Raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar has nutritional, antibacterial and anti-fungal properties that make it a go-to for an array of health and beauty hacks it also adds a delicious fruity flavour to salad dressing, sauces and marinades.
